SENIOR COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGER - Immediate Opportunity (Scripps Ranch)

Pacific Coast Commercial, located in the Scripps Ranch area of San Diego, is currently seeking a Full-Time, Monday - Friday (40 hours/week) Senior Commercial Property Manager.
Requirements:
· Must have a current California Department of Real Estate License
· Minimum of 15 years’ experience of continuous Commercial Property Management
· Four-year degree is preferred
· Must be able and willing to manage a portfolio of approximately 40 commercial properties
Must be a team player, have the ability to work within tight deadlines, be detail-oriented, have the ability to multi-task, while being proficient in time management, organizational, written and oral communication, and have strong problem-solving skills.
· Compensation dependent on experience (Range $95,000 to $125,000)
