Prominent retail leases signed by Hyundai, Tractor Supply Company and La-Z-Boy negotiated by top dealmakers from Pacific Coast Commercial and Hix Snedeker Companies are among the third quarter retail leases recognized by CoStar.


As big ticket items involving sizable investments, commercial property transactions often have a wider impact within the community. Beginning this year, CoStar is recognizing the largest leases completed each quarter and the dealmakers who made them happen in their respective markets.


Here are the San Diego retail leases selected as the third quarter 2020 winners of the CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deal Awards:

Tenant: Hyundai


Brokers Involved: Ken Robak and Nick Mane of Pacific Coast Commercial represented the landlord.


Deal Commentary: Hyundai has added its fifth location in the San Diego area with this new dealership in El Cajon. Located just off Interstate 8 and busy Second Street in El Cajon, the South Korean automaker joins other dealerships in the area, including BMW, Ford and Lexus.
