We’re proud to announce the launch of Asset Management Services at Pacific Coast Commercial!  As we continue to expand our capabilities to better serve investors and property owners, this new division represents our ongoing commitment to maximizing asset value and performance throughout the full lifecycle of a commercial real estate investment.


Heading up the new Asset Management Department is industry veteran Nikki Rodriguez.  With over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate investments, Nikki has held leadership roles in both property operations and asset management, building a strong track record of maximizing property performance and value across diverse asset classes, including multi-family, office, industrial, retail, and mixed-use portfolios. Her expertise in strategic oversight, operational efficiency, and investor-focused reporting has driven initiatives that improved NOI, optimized capital expenditures, and supported successful acquisitions and dispositions. Nikki’s background spans both institutional and private ownership structures. She is currently pursuing her CCIM designation to further enhance her investment and asset management expertise. With the development of the Asset Management service line, she plays a key role in accelerating Pacific Coast Commercial’s expansion into markets beyond California.
