  • Works with a team of 3 Senior Property Managers and 5 Leasing & Sale Agents as an Asset Manager overseeing a portfolio of retail, industrial, office, automotive and leased land investments in excess 2.8 million square feet. Responsible for supervision of property managers to ensure that all day to day and short and long term plans for each individual asset are being maintained in accordance with the approved budget for each property. Work closely with each brokerage team, including active involvement in lease negotiations with national tenants, for retention of existing tenants and leasing of available space to new tenants.  Our company philosophy is, “Leasing by Design”, a process that entails detailed plans for retention of existing tenants, procuring, and vetting, new tenants ensuring they are a fit for the property and add value to the asset.
