LAKESIDE, CA – Pacific Coast Commercial is pleased to announce the successful closing and sale of the multi-tenant commercial property located at 9447 and 9449 Winter Gardens Boulevard, Lakeside, CA 92040 on May 1, 2026. The transaction features two commercial buildings totaling approximately 5,400 square feet, situated across two separate parcels encompassing approximately 0.59 acres of land. The property sold for $2,198,000.
