Last week, our Pacific Coast Commercial Property Management team traded desks for pottery wheels as we dove into a fun and inspiring team-building event that brought out the artist in all of us. This hands-on experience was more than just a creative escape—it was a chance to connect, collaborate, and celebrate the relationships that help drive our success every day.

With guidance (and plenty of laughs), our team sculpted everything from charming bowls to beautifully imperfect creations—each one a symbol of the strong, unique contributions we bring to the table. More importantly, it reminded us that the best results come from working together and staying open to new experiences.
