Pacific Coast Commercial (PCC) recently joined forces with the Burnham-Moores Center for Real Estate at the University of San Diego's Knauss School of Business for their impactful Real Estate Awareness and Discovery Initiative (READI).

This initiative aims to expose high school students from underserved communities to diverse career paths within real estate, and PCC was proud to play a hands-on role. We had the privilege of hosting a fantastic group of students from Escondido Charter High School at our offices for an immersive look into five different, vital roles in our industry:
