Pacific Coast Commercial Facilitates Sale of La Mesa Boulevard

Property for $1,150,000


Pacific Coast Commercial is pleased to announce the successful sale of the property located at 8844 La Mesa Boulevard in La Mesa, California. The transaction closed on August 6th, 2025, with a final purchase price of $1,150,000 ($575/sf).


The buyer, 8844 La Mesa Boulevard LLC, plans to utilize the high-profile property as the headquarters for their businesses, La Mesa Fund Control and GNT Financial Services. GNT Financial Services also provided the financing for the acquisition.


Ken Robak of Pacific Coast Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer in this transaction. The seller, Timothy and Pamela Kantrud Trust, was represented by Garrett Gambal and Lev Mizan of Infinity Investment Properties. Chicago Title Company provided escrow and title services.


The property, situated on the corner of La Mesa Boulevard and Hayes Street, boasts approximately 2,000 square feet and a dedicated parking lot with excellent ingress and egress via three driveways. Its strategic location places it between the vibrant La Mesa Village and the bustling Grossmont Center. La Mesa is known as the "Jewel of the Hills".
