Pacific Coast Commercial is pleased to announce the successful sale of the multi-tenant retail property located at 14190 Bear Valley Road, Victorville, CA 92392. The transaction closed on December 10, 2025, with a final purchase price of $6,100,000.


The property, totaling approximately 11,618 SF on 0.91 acres, is positioned along one of Victorville’s busiest commercial corridors, offering excellent visibility, strong traffic counts, and long-term investment stability. This strategic location makes it a standout asset in the Southern California commercial market.

Commonwealth Land Title, National Commercial Services provided both escrow and title services, and Sunflower Bank facilitated the financing of the transaction.
