The seller, MACH 2 Investments, LLC, entrusted the listing process to the team. The buyer, G & M East County Properties, LLC, will occupy the property for their business, HSCC Structural Concrete & Building Services as their new headquarters. The property is in the highly sought-after Blossom Valley Business Park and features an iconic 120' American flag visible from Interstate 8.  The property is a prime example of East County’s thriving industrial real estate sector.
