Pacific Coast Commercial Facilitates $11.5 Million Industrial Sale in Santee, CA

San Diego, CA – May 20, 2025 – Pacific Coast Commercial (PCC), a leading commercial real estate firm, is proud to announce the sale of a prime 4.73-acre industrial property located at 8520-8575 Roland Acres Road in Santee, CA. The property, situated adjacent to Gillespie Field Airport, was acquired by a local investor in an all-cash transaction totaling $11,500,000.

 

The property features five metal warehouse buildings totaling approximately 50,668 square feet, along with large, fenced yards and two overhead cranes. The site, comprising two parcels (4.13 and 0.6 acres), is 100% leased to five tenants.  Its strategic location enhances its appeal for manufacturing and storage users and captures the interest of investors seeking high-demand properties.

 

Nick Mane, Ken Robak, and Jasmine Golia of Pacific Coast Commercial represented the buyer, Bailey Roland Acres, LP, in this transaction.
