Pacific Coast Commercial Facilitates Sale of Grant Street Industrial Building in San Diego
San Diego, CA – September 15, 2025 – Pacific Coast Commercial is pleased to announce the successful sale of the Grant Street Industrial Building, located at 5345 Grant Street, San Diego, CA 92110. The property, consisting of approximately 4,500 square feet of industrial space on an 8,178 square foot lot, sold for $1,600,000 in an off-market transaction that closed escrow on September 10, 2025.
Pacific Coast Commercial represented the seller, the Ott Revocable Trust, with Nick Mane acting as the listing agent. The buyer, Mike Dapcevic, was represented by Scott Hilmen of Marcus & Millichap. The escrow was handled by Karen Hagen of Lawyers Title Company, with title services provided by Fidelity National Title. The transaction was completed as an all-cash purchase.
The Grant Street Industrial Building has been home to its existing tenant for over 20 years, and careful coordination was required to ensure a smooth transition for all parties.
