Commercial Brokerage Operations Coordinator - (Scripps Ranch) - In Office (Remote work not available)

Location: San Diego, CA 92131(Scripps Ranch) – In Office (Remote work not available)

Schedule: 8 hours shift (Monday-Friday)

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

Primary Duties include, but are not limited to:

  1. Documentation:

  • Facilitate the electronic signing process for documents, ensuring compliance and completeness.

  • Maintain organized management files including listing agreements, contracts, addenda, and disclosures, and similar documents.

  1. Broker Files:

  • Create and maintain transaction folders on the server and Dealius platform for efficient document storage and retrieval.

  1. Commissions:

  • Manage commission processing in the Dealius platform, ensuring accuracy and completeness of transaction files.

  • Works with the accounting team to provide weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly commission reports.

  1. Deal/Transaction Correspondence:

  • Assist in drafting and sending correspondence to tenants, owners, and agents regarding leases, listings, commission bills, and other similar documents. This includes providing status updates and maintaining records of the fully executed documents.

  1. Monthly Production & Activity and Brokerage Meetings:

  • Compile production reports, monthly activity summaries and new in-house listings for brokerage meetings.

  • Coordinate Brokerage Lunch & Learns, Weekly training courses, Zoom/Microsoft Teams set up.


  • Minimum of a High School Diploma is required.

  • Experience working in a professional office setting.

  • Must be a team player and have the ability to meet tight deadlines, as well as exhibit a high level of confidentiality, detail-orientation, time management, organizational, written and oral communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook and working knowledge of all standard office equipment.

  • Experience with new software implementation or Dealius software specifically a plus.

  • Accounting experience a plus.

  • Experience with AIR CRE documents and software a plus.
