Yesterday the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award was presented to our CEO, Robert Phillips, by IREM – The Institute of Real Estate Management. Robert has been a member of IREM and a CPM, Certified Property Manager, for 40 years. He has served on the local board and on various committees over the years. He elevated Pacific Coast Commercial to the designation of AMO, Accredited Management Organization, the mark of distinction amongst property management companies, setting a level of excellence in the industry.
There are thousands of members within the IREM community and the award is given once a year to a very select few. We are proud that Robert has joined the ranks of those recognized for their service to our industry. Congratulations Robert, we are all very proud of you.
