Her expertise in strategic oversight, operational efficiency, and investor-focused reporting has driven initiatives that improved NOI, optimized capital expenditures, and supported successful acquisitions and dispositions. Nikki’s background spans both institutional and private ownership structures. She is currently pursuing her CCIM designation to further enhance her investment and asset management expertise.
