About

Ben is an Associate Director with Pacific Coast Commercial specializing in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial real estate throughout San Diego County. Since entering the business in 2021, Ben has been involved in transacting over $100 million in commercial property throughout the U.S.

Prior to joining PCC, Ben worked in acquisitions for a real estate private equity group, where he specialized in identifying, negotiating, and purchasing shallow-bay industrial assets across the country. Preceding his role in acquisitions, Ben was a broker focused on local industrial in South Florida, as well as self-storage investment sales nationwide.

Raised in San Diego, Ben has a deep understanding of the local market, paired with national reach. As an alumnus of Poway High School and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, he leverages both his local and national network to develop solutions that best align with each client's investment goals.

Ben is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for his clients, including private owners and tenants, local and national corporations, real estate private equity groups, syndicators, and financial institutions.

Ben majored in Finance with a collateral in Entrepreneurship at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where he also co-founded the UTK Real Estate Association.
