Asset Manager of one of San Diego's largest apartment communities (1,070 units) during its development and very successful lease-up (1989-94). La Mirage, now called The Village Mission Valley overlooks both Snapdragon Stadium and Admiral Baker Field.

Asset Manager for Lincoln Property Company and Property Company of America in San Antonio from 1982-86 where Mack oversaw staffing, lease-up and management of 3,000 apartment units from development to 94% occupancy.
