Rick Hardy is an Associate Vice President focused on Investment Sales and Development projects over the entire West Coast. He joined the commercial real estate industry specializing in Sales and Leasing Office, Industrial and Retail commercial properties in San Diego but now is involved with more complex transactions while his team handling leasing and property management activity.


His client centered approach and expert negotiation skills allow him to more successfully analyze difficult projects, work through deal issues and close transactions with his clients best interests always first.


Additional services Rick and his team have provided to his clients include coordinating: California Mandatory Energy Reporting, Energy Efficiency Management Consultations, Green Building Modification, Broker Opinion of Property Value (BOV), Property Management, Leasing, Lease Assumptions, Lease Extensions or Buy-outs and Site Location for single and multiple tenancy or Franchise Businesses. He also can assist in coordinating loans, bridge financing and refinancing with major banks, SBA lenders, Hard Money Lenders and mortgage brokers.
