IRA Capital Pays $5.7 Million for Medical Office Building

IRA Capital purchased the Vista Radiation Care medical office building at 916 Sycamore Ave. in Vista, California, for $5.7 million, or about $804 per square foot, from Scripps Clinical Radiation Therapy Center.

The single-story, 7,092-square-foot building is located in the Sycamore Business Park II. The property is fully occupied by a radiation oncology practice that has operated here since 1991, according to the buyer.

IRA Capital now owns three out of four buildings at Sycamore Business Park, after acquiring the nearby building at 902 Sycamore Ave. earlier this year for $4.8 million. Jeff Abramson at Lee & Associates represented IRA Capital in this latest acquisition and was the sole broker in the deal.
