Commercial Brokerage Coordinator

Pacific Coast Commercial, located in the Scripps Ranch area of San Diego, is currently seeking a Full-Time (40 hours/week) Commercial Brokerage Coordinator.
Primary Duties include, but are not limited to:
The coordinator will send documents for eSignature via Docusign, organize them into the management file, review for compliance and completion, as well as, notify the people who need to correct any of these items. Master of documents such as the listing agreement, purchase or lease contract, addenda, disclosures, etc.
Creating transaction folder to organize and store all necessary documents on server or hard copy file.
Responsible for processing commissions into Access, making sure the transaction file is complete with all documentation, have broker of record sign off and then send to accounting.
Mailing – Letters to Owners:
Assists with creating letters and envelops to mail to tenants and owners for signatures on leases/listings/commission bills, etc. and saving once received back, fully executed.
Gets sign orders approved by President of Brokerage, then sends over to sign company to process. Also creates paper signs as requested.
Monthly Production & Activity:
Puts together a production report and monthly activity for brokerage meeting.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma is required
• Experience working in a professional office setting
• Must be a team player and have the ability to meet tight deadlines, as well as exhibit a high level of confidentiality, detail-orientation, time management, organizational, written and oral communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook and working knowledge of all standard office equipment.
