CoStar Press Release | TCN Worldwide Names Provenzano Western Regional Vice President

Vince Provenzano, president of brokerage at Pacific Coast Commercial/TCN Worldwide in San Diego, California, will serve as the new regional vice president for TCN's West region. In his expanded role, Provenzano will advise member firms located across the Western U.S. and act as a liaison to the corporate headquarters at TCN Worldwide, an alliance of independent brokerage firms serving more than 200 markets across North America, Asia, the Middle East and Australia. H. Ross Ford, president and CEO of TCN Worldwide, said in a statement that, “Together, TCN’s regional vice presidents make a tremendous impact, enhancing regional initiatives while building synergy within their respective regions and throughout the organization as a whole.” Provenzano has more than 41 years of experience in commercial real estate sales and leasing, joining Pacific Coast Commercial from NAI in 2011 and growing the team to 39 sales and leasing associates across San Diego County. He has personally completed more than 2,340 transactions throughout his career, in addition to handling off-market acquisitions for a select group of investors.
