Pacific Coast Commercial, located in the Scripps Ranch area of San Diego, is currently seeking a Full Time (40 hours/week) person to fill a Brokerage Coordinator position.
Marketing/Transaction Support
• Check and Update Agent Bill Backs
• Craigslist Posting
• Create and Edit Property Brochures, Floor Plans, Packages
• Database Marketing Maintenance
• Send Broker Blasts
• Create, Print, Bind – Presentation Packages
• Contract Support
• DocuSigns
• Processing Commissions
• Auditing Transactions
• Property Sign Requests
Client Services Coordinator – Private Investment Team
1) Team Support – Current Clients
• Research – Owners, Properties, Businesses, Market Data
• Current Listings – Sign Order, Initial Marketing Outline, Find Tenants/Buyers
• Drafting Contracts
• Tenant/Buyer Rep Support
2) Team Support – Prospecting
• Work with team improving prospecting systems/processes and direct & indirect marketing campaigns
• Updating Database
This is a prime opportunity to work on a team, receive a wealth of training and learn to grow within the commercial real estate industry!
Real Estate License preferred but not required to start.
Must obtain within 6 months of starting job.
