Working in Self-Storage operations and management as Regional Manager for the Self-Storage Department. Duties include all aspects of 40 member personnel, team training and development of management staff, auditing, creating operational and procedures manual and budgeting, including 22 years experience in the acquisition, development, start up and operation of self-storage properties. Conducted multiple self-storage facility Feasibility Studies, including property research and evaluation, and presentation and development of deliverables.

Consulting for various self-storage properties. Provided training in phone skills and daily operations as well as auditing and competitor surveys.

Self Storage Area Manager for one of San Diego’s leading developers in the self-storage industry. Projects included existing self-storage properties in San Diego County as well as Nevada. Assisted in the acquisition of several new projects, to include; construction completion, hiring and training, bringing project into the daily operations stage. Handled all aspects of 45 member personnel team; developed training program and established operational policies. Preparation of annual budgets and reporting to CEO with monthly/annual actuals.
