Founded in 1994, Pacific Coast Commercial is one of San Diego’s leading providers of commercial real estate brokerage. Year in and year out, we deliver sound advice and performance for our clients. We know our clients deserve the best and we deliver it.
During our foundation period, we provided Commercial Real Estate services to just 18 properties totaling only 600,000 square feet. Today our company has grown to represent over 100 properties totaling approximately 4,500,000 square feet. We currently employ more than 29 Sales & Leasing Brokers/Associates, Property Managers, and Staff.
Through our day to day interaction in the commercial real estate marketplace, we develop knowledge which gives us a unique ability to advise and represent our clients.
