San Diego County - Represented McAlister Institute for Treatment and Education, Inc. www.themcalisterinstitute.com in securing four new office locations totaling 9,550 sq. ft. ($474,830 in gross lease consideration) throughout San Diego County (La Mesa, El Cajon, Kearny Mesa & National City).  McAlister had 35 days to secure the new locations and commence operation of four new treatment and education programs they were granted by the County of San Diego.  Brian Crepeau and Vanessa Reza represented McAlister in completing all four transactions in time for them to be operational by July 10, 2010.

Imperial County - Represented the Buyer / Developer in the purchase of 130 acres of land in Imperial County for future development of a solar generating plant.  Robert Phillips represented the Buyer.

East County - Completed the sale of a 13,225 sq. ft. multi tenant retail center located at 916-936 Broadway, El Cajon, CA.  The center sold for $2,351,000 and escrow closed on July 1, 2010. Brian Crepeau and Ken Robak represented both the buyer and seller in the transaction.
